About the Role

Capgemini is seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of customer master data across various systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Master Data Management: Analyze and manage customer master data to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Change Implementation: Lead efforts to implement changes or rebuild parts of the customer master in Oracle, utilizing best practices in data management.
  • Impact Analysis: Investigate and document the downstream impacts of changes made to customer master data, ensuring all affected systems and processes are accounted for.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, data governance, and business units to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of processes, data flows, and system interactions related to customer master data.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validation processes to maintain high standards of customer data integrity.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on customer master data processes and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on customer master data management, preferably in an Oracle environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle database systems and tools related to master data management. Familiarity with data modelling and data governance principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex data issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
