Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, business development, inside sales or similar fields.
This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing Go-To-Market plans, identifying key decision-makers, and mapping out technical requirements and business processes.
- Partner with vertical squads to craft an unstoppable Go-To-Market strategy.
- Roll out the strategy and keep everyone in the loop with regular progress updates.
- Shape future GTM plans and share invaluable insights from interactions with prospects and customers.
- Identify key decision-makers in prospect organisations to uncover more sales opportunities.
- Map out key stakeholders, technical requirements, and business processes for every deal.
- Energise prospecting efforts with high-volume outreach, including cold calling, digital, and online techniques.
- Drive additional revenue by executing incremental programs and projects initiated by sales management.
- Transition qualified opportunities to the right sales representative.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
They will also have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, and be highly motivated to achieve results.
