Accounts Receivable and Collections Expert

The primary function of the AR and Collections Specialist is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer accounts through regular reconciliations between customer records, payments, and internal financial systems.

This involves conducting thorough investigations into discrepancies, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate documentation to support financial integrity and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing debt collection, providing detailed debtor reporting and analysis
  • Identifying, reviewing, and escalating accounts as required
  • Driving AR Performance improvements by fostering a continuous improvement mindset
  • Maintaining Customer Master Data records to ensure their accuracy
