About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled React Native developer to join our mobile team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining our mobile app experience for Zeller's merchants. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and domain experts to translate product requirements into technical designs and build solutions that champion the customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with our native application teams to build cross-platform solutions for our most essential services, including payments acceptance
- Translating business and product requirements into technical designs and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our customers
- Contributing to the development of our design system, mobile app architecture, and build systems
- Taking ownership of the quality and production operation of the features and products you build
We're looking for a talented engineer who has a strong understanding of core JavaScript and TypeScript, experience building complex mobile applications, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. You'll also have experience working in a product-driven team with robust development practices, including unit testing, static code analysis, and code reviews.
Additionally, you'll have a strong understanding of the payments industry and be excited about the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative products that disrupt the status quo.
