We are seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Anglesea Barracks, Hobart.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and staff, while maintaining a clean and safe environment. The role requires flexibility to work across a Monday to Sunday roster between 6:30am – 11:30pm with occasional functions running until midnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support the hospitality and catering team in all aspects of food and beverage service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment, furniture, and premises.
- Process meals in the meal pass system, handle cash transactions, and report any suspicious behavior.
- Assist with basic food preparation as requested by the Head Chef.
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in hospitality and customer service. A current TAS Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate are also essential. Additionally, you should possess strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
