Sprint People is seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join our team in North Sydney. As the first point of contact for our global FMCG business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk, welcome visitors, and maintain a positive and professional atmosphere.
  • Switchboard and Communication: Manage the main switchboard, book couriers, and ensure all communication is handled efficiently.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Oversee the booking system for internal meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and ready for meetings.
  • Catering and Supplies: Organize catering for internal meetings and events, and ensure office supplies are always fully stocked.
  • Facilities and Maintenance: Liaise with building management for any facilities issues and ensure the office is well-maintained.
  • Vendor Management: Set up new vendors into the system, generate POs, and code invoices.
  • Desk Management: Support with desk management on busy days, ensuring the floor is organized and efficient.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with the wider team and complete ad-hoc work as required.
  • Event Support: Support the Executive Assistant with event management, including new product tastings and office happy hours.
Requirements
  • Confidence on the phone and ability to work quickly around a computer.
  • Natural positivity, friendliness, and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Common sense and initiative to think quickly on your feet and resolve any issues that arise.
