Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking a skilled and dedicated nursing professional to fill the role of Respiratory Liaison in Community Health at the Coffs Harbour Health Campus.
This challenging opportunity requires the successful candidate to practice and promote safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
The MNCLHD are currently seeking a Registered Nurse with demonstrated clinical problem solving skills to maximise patient care. This will include working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team environment providing outcome based care.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate through the use of information technology and written and verbal interactions.
About You- You will be required to hold a valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated nursing skills, knowledge and ability relevant to area within a community setting.
- Able to plan and coordinate patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
