Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate quality Allied Health Chronic Disease Intermediate Care Services for patients of the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to less experienced staff, ensuring high-quality services and patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient functional and health outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for Social Work or Psychology.
  • Full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers or registration with the PsyBA.
  • General registration with the PsyBA for Psychologists.
  • Endorsement in Clinical or Health Psychology area of practice for Psychologists.
