We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Claims Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in supporting a variety of engagements, conducting high-volume, high-quality claim reviews that drive improved injured worker and claim outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough claim reviews to assess liability, treatment appropriateness, and return-to-work strategies.
- Apply legislative frameworks and clinical guidelines to identify claims management gaps, delays, or missed opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on review findings and recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service within relevant service charters.
- Proven expertise in personal injury claims management.
- In-depth knowledge of workers compensation and/or motor accident legislation and regulatory expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to critically assess claims and identify opportunities for improved outcomes.
- Familiarity with conducting targeted claim reviews.
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate claims notes and summaries.
