Program Delivery Manager

This is a remote position that requires strong leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end program design and delivery, including schedule, milestones, budget, resources, and vendor engagements.
- Establish a new delivery model and drive delivery cadence and tracking.
- Ensure strong governance through program delivery and steering committee meetings.
- Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
- Develop and maintain timeline, schedule, and resource plans.
- Provide financial forecast and budgeting.
- Identify issues, risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Report progress and status to the steering committee.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing end-to-end Payments related transformation programs.
- Payment's domain knowledge is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience leading Cross-Functional teams.
- A solid Risk & Governance mindset and experience applying delivery frameworks.
- Experience with various project methodologies, specifically working in an Agile environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
