About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Sustaining Growth and Excellence in Canva to join our team as a Strategic Program Delivery Manager. As a key member of our Growth Supergroup, you will play a critical role in driving strategic programs that foster growth and excellence within Canva.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the driving force for creating a sustainable culture of delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Influence, guide, and steer a broad cross-functional set of stakeholders in the delivery of large portfolios of strategic programs
  • Monitor and track delivery status across groups, teams, and cross-functional programs
  • Partner with our Operations team and lead on maturing our processes, communications, and leadership engagement
  • Promote accountability towards creating a sense of positive urgency in delivery across groups and teams
  • Manage open issues relating to program delivery
  • Assess and manage program risks, issues, and decisions
  • Manage dependencies across the Super Groups and Groups
  • Facilitate effective, timely, and transparent group and program decision-making practices
  • Ensure an appropriate degree of consistency in planning, documentation, and core practices across teams to ensure meaningful velocity and promote our ability to scale how teams work across Canva
  • Facilitate continual improvement rituals to build the effectiveness of product development and engineering teams
  • Build a culture and environment to achieve excellence and innovation
  • Build partnerships with cross-functional teams to influence decisions, drive alignment, and prioritization
  • Partner with the TPM specialty to help codify and build the TPM craft and practice

About You

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a TPM at a SaaS company, with hands-on experience in driving large programs of work. You should have experience with product-led growth or product-led sales motions, and be knowledgeable in technical concepts and able to apply them to technical spaces. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of Agile product development processes and experience leading and influencing Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver key company strategic initiatives.
