Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily tasks and activities in the hospital or aged care facility, including cleaning, laundry, and food handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, residents, and their families.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or aged care environment, preferably in a cross-departmental role.
- Food handling certificates or equivalent experience.
- High level of empathy and compassion, with a person-centred approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, be reliable, and hard working.
- Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.
