Our client is currently seeking a devoted and driven Health & Safety Coordinator to join their ambitious team located in Hunter Valley. This is a residential role where you will be working Monday to Friday, full-time. You will be reporting directly to the Health, Safety and Training Manager with a key focus on creating and implementing their health safety management system.

**Other responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Execution support of health and safety systems, procedures, and policies
- Assist with emergency response & crisis management plans
- Workers compensation and rehabilitation control
- System and document control
- Health and safety training for employees

**About you**:

- Passionate about health and safety awareness
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Minimum Certification IV WHS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to assist in all aspects of safety
