Mercy Aged and Community Care Ltd is seeking an experienced and compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Mercy Place Bethlehem (Bendigo).

Salary and Benefits


The successful candidate will be offered a salary of $34.2 - $37.02 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. As a valued member of our team, you'll also have access to a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.


About the Opportunity


As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse at Mercy Place Bethlehem (Bendigo), you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our elderly residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments as prescribed, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, monitoring and reporting on residents' health and well-being, and supporting residents with daily living activities.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To thrive in this role, you'll need to be a current EEN registered with AHPRA, with experience in aged care preferred but not required. You'll also need strong communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and patient-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
