Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our research projects from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to showcase their expertise in managing complex projects and driving results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project strategies, building effective teams, and ensuring successful project execution. They will work closely with operational teams and account management to understand project objectives and deliver results.

This role requires experience in managing projects autonomously from end to end. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of market research industry requirements and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

About the Role

  • Maintain open communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Manage post-delivery project needs, including confirming project close, preparing invoices, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Promote client relationships by understanding client objectives, consulting during sales processes, and participating in sales calls and meetings.

  • Mentor and support junior staff in their career development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Market Research experience with a clear understanding of the industry.

  • Hands-on experience in managing projects independently from start to finish.
