As a key member of our Avionics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operation and maintenance of advanced training devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and supervise technicians to operate and maintain multiple HATS Synthetic Training Devices, Flight Simulators, HATS ICT Network, and MEGHAS Avionics elements.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Develop and deliver maintenance courses as required.
  • Coordinate spares and repairs to meet contracted availability requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Avionics, Electronics or Computer Science.
  • Previous experience as a simulator technician or similar.
  • Technical workshop or maintenance environment experience.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Australian Defence Security Clearance - NV1 eligibility or possession.
  • Australian Citizenship.
