The successful candidate will be a brand ambassador who leads the store's success by influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing knowledge of products and brand.

You'll interact with people on every shift to help create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a warm, engaging, and approachable presence in the concession space.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills.
  • Build the bond between the brand and customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach to individuals' needs.
  • Learn and confidently share product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
  • Assist with product deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store.
  • Build loyal client relationships through follow-up and personalised service.
  • Operate the till system and handle financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
