About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide personalized support and care to our elderly clients. This may include assisting with daily living activities, such as showering, grooming, and personal hygiene. You will also be responsible for providing companionship and emotional support, engaging in conversations, and creating a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care Assistance: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Companionship and Emotional Support: Spend quality time with clients, engage in conversations, and provide emotional support to enhance their overall well-being.
  • Light Housekeeping: Assist with household chores, maintain a clean living environment, and ensure client safety.
  • Reporting Changes in Client Condition: Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience in Aged Care (Preferred): Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred but not required.
  • Compassionate and Patient Demeanor: A caring and patient attitude is essential for this role.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification: Current certification in first aid and CPR is mandatory.
  • Valid Driver's License and Access to Reliable Vehicle (Preferred): A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred but not required.
