Job Title: Personal Care Worker - Aged Care

Providing high-quality care to elderly individuals in a residential setting is an incredibly rewarding career path.

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene. You will also support and assist residents with food and fluids as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living
  • Support residents with food and fluids as required
  • Assist nursing staff with treatments as directed
  • Observe and report any changes in resident condition or wellbeing
  • Participate in recreational activities with direction from the Lifestyle Team

Responsibilities may vary depending on individual needs and circumstances.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a Residential Aged Care Facility essential
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Valid working rights
  • Current NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Current Covid-19 Vaccination

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care.
