Job Title: Trainer and Assessor AESED

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team at MAX Solutions. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will play a critical role in delivering language, literacy, and numeracy skills training to our students, helping them to build future opportunities for themselves through learning.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality training to students, using effective learning techniques and maintaining a student-centered approach.
  • Identify barriers to learning and develop strategies to support student attendance and engagement.
  • Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives.
About You:
  • You have a strong background in adult education, with experience in delivering language, literacy, and numeracy skills training.
  • You are a driven, supportive, and community-minded individual, with a passion for helping people build their skills and confidence.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse participants.
  • You are able to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills and achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
  • Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education, plus Bachelor with TESOL or equivalent qualifications.
  • Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework is highly desirable.
