Job Title: Data Streaming Solutions Expert

The role of a Data Streaming Solutions Expert involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data streaming applications using industry-leading technologies.

Candidates should have strong experience with Confluent Kafka or Apache Kafka and proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Scala, or Python.

Experience with data serialization formats like Avro or Protobuf is also required.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in software development and data engineering.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential for this role.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing Kafka clusters for performance, reliability, and scalability, implementing best practices for data ingestion, processing, and storage, participating in code reviews, and contributing to team knowledge sharing.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Kafka and associated technologies is also part of the job.

Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to data streaming and messaging systems is crucial for success in this role.
