Therapist Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide clinical services to an aging inpatient cohort.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based patient-centred care that supports access and flow throughout the health service.
- Demonstrated clinical experience within an inpatient setting, preferably with an aged cohort.
- Able to work autonomously and excel within a multidisciplinary team.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- An attitude toward life-long learning.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to facilitate timely discharge plans that meet the needs and values of our rural population.
This position involves active involvement in the day-to-day operations of the Kilmore GEM team and working closely with the wider OT leadership team to drive service development and innovation.
You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centred care.
