About the role

As a key member of our B2B ICT team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of ICT Specialists and Sales Advisors. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will leverage your expertise in Small Business Technology, sales pipeline management, business development, and customer relationships to develop, motivate, and empower your people to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

You will spend your day engaging with customers, learning about their needs, and expanding your portfolio through strategic acquisition and increasing opportunities and exposure for our ICT (Business Technology) and Commercial Technology categories.

This role requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and an analytical mind. You must have experience managing complex sales cycles, uncovering customer needs, and building long-term, profitable, and sustainable relationships with business customers.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for someone who can lead by example, drive results, and contribute to the continued success of our B2B ICT business.

About you

  • You are an experienced people leader with demonstrated Sales and/or Business Development experience in a B2B environment.
  • You have at least 3 years' experience in the ICT technology industry, with experience in designing viable product solutions, preparing and conducting compelling presentations, collaborating with industry partners, and managing complex sales cycles.
  • You possess strong commercial acumen, with an analytical and inquisitive mind, and experience with Salesforce is a must.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about leadership, and are driven to support your team and partners through long-term, profitable, and mutually beneficial relationships.
