You will work collaboratively with our school community to develop and implement programs that promote the academic success and well-being of our First Nations students.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement culturally responsive teaching practices that promote the academic success and well-being of First Nations students
- Work collaboratively with school leaders, teachers, and support staff to develop and implement programs that promote Indigenous education and cultural awareness
- Provide professional development and support to teachers to enhance their understanding and practice of Indigenous education
- Develop and maintain relationships with local Indigenous communities and organizations to promote cultural exchange and understanding
- Appropriate tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
- Experience in teaching Indigenous students and a strong understanding of Indigenous education principles and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with school leaders, teachers, and support staff to achieve shared goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary range: $84,077 - $121,092 per annum pending experience
