As a Senior Account Director, you will lead our efforts to deliver exceptional client management services to the entertainment industry.

About the Role
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and ensure marketing campaigns are driving ticket sales growth.
  • Develop and execute full-service marketing strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Manage budgets effectively and maintain transparent financial records.
  • Oversee the use of event/project brands across all marketing executions and ensure brand guidelines are communicated clearly.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate campaign timing, content, and brand.
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers, ticket agents, and theatre/venue representatives.

About You

  • You possess excellent presentation skills and a strong ability to deliver key tasks within tight timeframes.
  • Proven track record of successful client management in a fast-paced entertainment agency or related field.
  • Able to work collaboratively to deliver complex campaigns and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Financial acumen and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Interest in the entertainment industry is highly desirable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience as a Senior Account Manager in a fast-paced entertainment agency or producer organization.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of the Media/Advertising landscape is highly desirable.
