Job Description

We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service skills and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Perform general security duties, including external and internal lock-ups, and other tasks as required.
  • Think critically and solve issues that may arise in a proactive and effective manner.
  • Understand communication lines and chain of command, and be able to respond accordingly in emergency situations.
  • Protect and maintain the security and integrity of buildings and infrastructure.
  • Submit electronic or paper incident and hazard reports as necessary.

This role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, responding to events such as protests and emergency management. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple locations and various positions, with training provided to support your growth and development.

Requirements
  • Current security licence and first aid certificate.
  • Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating rosters, including nights and weekends.
  • WWVP check.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is highly desirable.
  • Good level of physical fitness.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
  • Good conflict resolution skills.
  • Well-presented and spoken.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Full working rights.
