We are seeking skilled customer service professionals to join our Contact Centre team, supporting a Federal Government client.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring the integrity and compliance of information and customer data
- Collaborate with a team of Customer Contact Officers and Team Leaders to achieve high-quality service standards
- Develop and maintain strong communication skills, coupled with a desire to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
