About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Appreciating Talent. As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment of outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and collect outstanding debts
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Manage retailers' rental accounts and ensure timely payments
  • Achieve monthly collection target as per KPI
  • Prepare complex account reconciliations as required
  • Undertake daily receipting of rent to Retailer accounts
  • Allocation of payments, refunds and returns
Requirements
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Self-motivation, confidence, attention to detail
