Account Collections Manager

This role is integral to delivering exceptional member service. The Senior Account Services Officer will manage overdue accounts, ensure timely payments, and drive operational excellence and team development.
About the Role- The Senior Account Services Officer will lead and support the collections team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
- Manage high-value and complex accounts, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding debts.
- Execute collection strategies and process improvements.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve disputes.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and risk exposure.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to training and development initiatives.
The Senior Account Services Officer will be responsible for leading the collections team, managing high-value accounts, and executing collection strategies.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years in a similar role are required.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
