Job Description:

Core Talent are supporting a national engineering business recruit an Accounts Receivable specialist for a 6 month contract. The role has the potential to be extended or become permanent. This company is growing from strength to strength, building relationships with organisations in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily payment allocations and identify reasons for short/missed payments to resolve them.
  • Manage new account applications, including credit checks and assessments.
  • Review held orders for timely release within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate customer accounts, including credit limits, customer details, payment arrangements, and relevant information.
  • Ensure timely distribution of account statements during monthly end processes.
  • Elevate debt recovery to external collections agencies when necessary.
  • Regularly review aged debtors lists.
Requirements:
  • Understand credit control processes effectively.
  • Experience in cash management and reconciliations is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP would be advantageous.
