Job Title

Fund and Investment Operations Analyst - Derivatives Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage derivative and collateral operations, actively monitoring positions to optimize portfolio returns.
  • Oversee daily pricing functions for derivatives, providing valuation and margin settlements to inform investment decisions.
  • Foster effective relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Contribute to quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports on derivatives data, collaborating with fund reporting and auditors.
  • Stay up-to-date on derivatives regulation changes and market events, implementing process improvements to mitigate business risks.
  • Develop workflow procedures, dashboards, and comprehensive documentation of policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum one year related work experience.
  • Experience with industry platforms Calypso AcadiaSoft TriResolve.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience Accounting or Finance degree preferred.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the achievement of longterm financial goals for individual investors financial advisers and superannuation members. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing derivative and collateral operations ensuring seamless collaboration and communication with internal and external clients. They will also be expected to contribute to quarterly semiannual and annual reports on derivatives data.
