Project Scheduling Professional

This is a project scheduling position that involves working closely with project managers to ensure projects are on track. The successful candidate will have experience in ICT project management, release management, or scheduling, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project schedules
- Collaborate with program managers and project managers to integrate strategies and methods into project schedules
- Analyze project schedule data
- Maintain project schedule baselines and report variances
- Produce customer-facing schedules as required
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated 3+ years' experience in ICT project management, release management, or scheduling in an ITIL environment
- Experience running a team with regular cadence (e.g., sprints/retros, planning) and keeping them on track
- Familiarity with Microsoft Products, including MS Project/PWA, PowerPoint, and Agile methodologies
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, providing high levels of quality and accuracy
Desirable Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience and exposure to project management activities, including planning and schedule construction methods and principles
- Exposure to DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Sound analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Change Management experience
NV1 Security Clearance is required for this role.
