A top digital agency in Australia seeks a Graphic Designer to focus on social and performance creative, delivering high-converting paid social visuals. Key deliverables include static and motion-ready creative for paid social platforms primarily Meta with a focus on direct response performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate briefs into compelling visuals that match platform best practices and brand tone.
- Collaborate with creative strategists and producers on campaign concepts, storyboards, and ideation sessions.
- Maintain design consistency while pushing boundaries and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Evaluate performance insights and feedback to evolve your design approach.
- 2+ years in digital or advertising design with a portfolio showcasing strong visual storytelling and results-driven creative.
- Familiarity with Meta Facebook & Instagram ad formats and what makes them convert.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop + Illustrator with working knowledge of Figma.
- Experience designing for both static and video-based campaigns.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to work quickly in fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator who can take feedback and run with it.
- Bonus: storyboarding experience or collaboration with motion designers/editors.
