Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Volcano Marketing, a fast-growing digital agency specializing in SEO, website development, and lead generation for small to medium businesses across Australia.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our web development and marketing teams to produce visually outstanding designs that enhance client projects and strengthen our brand.

This is a hands-on creative role where you'll work across a mix of web design, branding, and digital marketing assets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing modern, high-quality website layouts and graphics in collaboration with our developers.
  • Creating and refreshing client brand assets including logos, color palettes, and style guides.
  • Producing social media templates and assets for client campaigns and in-house use.
  • Contributing to Volcano Marketing's own branding and design collateral.
  • Supporting our SEO and content marketing efforts with user-friendly, visually appealing assets.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or freelance experience highly regarded).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web design, branding, and digital creative work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (or similar design tools).
  • Understanding of design for web (UX/UI principles, responsive layouts).
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • A creative eye with strong attention to detail and a passion for elevating visual quality.
