Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the delivery of our audit program. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and make a significant contribution to the quality of care provided by approved providers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and experience in managing audits and risk assessments. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating and reporting on audit activities, as well as ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the audit program to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Plan and coordinate audit activities, including scheduling and logistics
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including providers, staff and other regulatory bodies
  • Monitor and report on audit outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a strong understanding of the aged care sector and the Aged Care Quality Standards. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
