Job Title: Learn to Swim Instructor

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals who will teach and foster a positive learning environment in our indoor heated pools.

The Learn to Swim classes vary from group lessons, casual lessons, to one-on-one private lessons, suitable for infants up to adults of all ages and abilities, all year round.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching swimming fundamentals
  • Instilling strong cultural values

Requirements:

  • Experience in teaching swimming
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Engage with stakeholders, particularly young people and their parents
  • Establish and maintain professional boundaries
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with child safety obligations
  • Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card
