Store Manager

As a Store Manager with our globally recognised sportswear brand, you'll be responsible for overseeing the Eastgardens location and leading a team of up to 15. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage stock, rosters, and store operations to meet sales targets and customer expectations.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring your team to excel in customer service, sales, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.
