About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our brand-new Saba Canberra Store. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in driving store performance, sales, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and crafting efficient rosters to drive store performance.
  • Support the Store Manager in driving team performance, productivity, and skill development, nurturing a culture of growth for our team members.
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising that reflects the essence of the brand.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration and synergy.
Requirements
  • Retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment.
  • Ability to drive store performance and the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proven ability and passion to train, develop, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and expectations.
  • An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
