About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join our team as an Advanced Analytics Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the discovery of customer breakpoints through advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning algorithms, clustering, and other advanced analytics techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving leadership skills, the ability to manage complex analytical projects, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply Advanced Analytics Techniques: Lead the discovery of customer breakpoints through advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning algorithms, clustering, and other advanced analytics techniques.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management and Stakeholders: Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize breakpoints.
  • Maintain Data Governance: Uphold data governance standards and practices.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and machine learning.
