About Our Graduate Program:

  • Our Graduate Program is now open for newly graduated Registered Nurses (within 18 months of graduation).
  • The Program includes four, 3-month long placements over 12 months, covering areas such as Assessment & Care Planning of the Older Person, Complex Health Care Needs, Caring for residents living with dementia, and Leadership.

About You:

  • To be eligible for the Program, you must have a Bachelor of Nursing, with an AHPRA registration.
  • You should have high level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role.
  • Well-developed time management skills.
  • You must be able to commit to the 12-month duration of the Program.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
