Job Description


We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our care team at Bupa Woodend. As a key member of our team, you'll provide person-centred care to our residents, working closely with carers to deliver exceptional care and support.



  • Lead a care team to deliver highest quality care to residents
  • Prepare high-quality care plans and assessments
  • Maintain quality care documentation
  • Ensure safe medication administration and clinical support for residents
  • Support Clinical Care Manager with ACFI assessments
  • Actively engage in handovers with Clinical Care Team for continuity of care
  • Adhere to legislative requirements and quality guidelines

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you'll need:



  • Registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Registered Nurse - Essential
  • 2-3 years' experience working in aged care sector - Ideal
  • Ability to work as part of tight-knit team and delegate effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
