  • Support clients in transaction and compliance valuations for businesses, shares, and financial instruments.
  • Assist in preparing independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders on transaction terms.
  • Perform financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value assessments for infrastructure and private equity funds, impairment testing, and share option valuations.
  • Support transaction-related valuations including deal assessment, cost of capital analysis, and capital structure optimisation.
  • Participate in portfolio business reviews to identify value improvement and inform investment decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in core business valuations and managing and delivering client engagements across diverse industries.
  • Ability to provide transaction-focused valuation advice, including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis, and capital management strategies.
  • Skilled in market research, data analysis, financial modelling, project management, and preparing high-quality client deliverables.
  • Good consulting capabilities and client relationship skills to manage engagements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar.
