Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Valuation Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading valuation assignments, developing financial models, and providing expert advice to clients. About the Role:

  • Lead valuation projects, including Purchase Price Allocations (PPAs) and Intangible valuations
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on valuation matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in business valuations, preferably in a corporate advisory or professional services environment
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Proven experience building and maintaining financial models and delivering Excel-based financial analysis
