Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Research Analyst to join our team at RFI Global. As a key member of our product team, you will play a critical role in delivering business-focused insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the production and delivery of high-quality insights to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate results that exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' strategic priorities and identify opportunities to address them through our research.
  • Oversee and provide feedback on output produced by junior team members, including survey questions, analysis, and client presentations.
  • Identify and implement innovative research approaches and methodologies to enhance our services.
  • Conduct training on data analysis techniques and ensure the smooth running of business-focused programs in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding our delivered work.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities to improve client service and enhance client value.
  • Deliver client presentations virtually or in-person, as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a research agency environment or research role.
  • Experience working with banks/financial services providers.
  • Proven ability to deliver presentations to clients or a desire to do so.
  • Experience using data/research software such as SPSS and Q.
  • Experience managing primary research from design to delivery.
  • Ability to focus on client service above all else.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively.
