About the Role

Clough, a leading project delivery company, is seeking a seasoned HSSE Advisor to join its site team on the Project Ceres. Reporting to the HSE Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all operations comply with local regulations, industry best practices & internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Culture Enhancement: Promote a proactive safety culture and provide expert guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • HSSE System Implementation: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's HSSE management system.
  • Risk Management: Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Training and Development: Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of [number] years of experience in an HSSE advisory role, preferably in an Oil & Gas environment.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of national HSSE regulations and standards, excellent communication and influencing skills.
