Job Title: Business Unit Director Immunology

At Allergan, we are committed to delivering innovative medicines and solutions that address serious health issues. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Unit Director Immunology to lead our Immunology business unit in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

The Business Unit Director Immunology will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of the Immunology business unit. This includes aligning all initiatives with our global vision and local market dynamics, ensuring patient-centric solutions and innovative treatments are at the forefront of all efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage commercial operations strategy and execution to achieve or exceed plan targets.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate goals and drive excellence in execution across all brands.
  • Hold accountability for allocated brand P&L in terms of brand sales and financial planning.
  • Review, challenge, and validate outputs from commercial models to incorporate realistic and ambitious objectives into the plan book.
  • Set future direction for existing and new/to-be-launched products and business opportunities to seize maximum business results for the whole business unit portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Immunology knowledge.
  • Additional therapeutic knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in multinational environments, in Saudi and/or Gulf.
  • English and Arabic language proficiency verbally and in writing.
  • Saudi and/or Gulf markets experience.
