Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Gladstone on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical inspections, servicing and repairs across various products in the field (and workshop as required)
  • Ensure jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily
  • Monitor and record parts usage
  • Foster strong working relationships with customers
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A mechanical trade qualification
  • Current driver's license
  • Sound diagnostic, fault finding and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Participation in an on-call roster
