Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a dynamic business professional to support our network in Perth. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Regional Manager and drive sales results within an established client-base.
About the Opportunity- Our desired territory is Perth (north of the river) with some regional travel required.
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and securing opportunities for new business within your designated area.
- By providing strong relationships and marketing support, you will assist partners in growing their business.
- Through effective communication and negotiation skills, you will achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for existing clients.
- A highly motivated individual with a passion for driving new business and sales results.
- Successful candidates must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Autonomy and teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
- A Certificate III in hairdressing is highly desirable but not essential.
- Ideal candidates will have held a similar role within the Hair Care / FMCG industry, although a general strong sales background is imperative.
