About the Role

CHEP is seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our asset protection team, you will be responsible for securing and recovering CHEP's assets across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze SAP data to track asset movement and verify legitimacy.
  • Conduct audits and gather field intelligence to validate customer claims.
  • Negotiate and facilitate the return of surplus assets.
  • Lead recovery efforts in cases where clients go into receivership or assets are at risk.
  • Support broader strategic initiatives and work closely with the National Asset Protection team.
  • Document activities and ensure compliance with CHEP's Global Audit Policy.
About You
  • You have experience in investigations, auditing, loss prevention, and asset recovery.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and can work with data and field intelligence to identify and resolve issues.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can engage with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • You are a proactive problem solver who thrives on challenges and adapts quickly to new skills and methodologies.
  • You have intermediate-level computer skills and possibly have a familiarity with SAP.
