Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team in Australia. As an Asset Management Specialist, you will play a key role in developing frameworks, plans, reports, and tools for various stages of the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of asset management plans, reports, and tools
  • Conduct asset condition assessments for water and wastewater assets
  • Collect and analyze asset data
  • Develop unit rate models for assets and perform asset valuations
  • Develop financial models for assets, including renewal and lifecycle cost models
  • Sustain existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Undertake research and investigation to determine commercial solutions for clients
  • Manage projects and deliver work to a high standard within time and budget constraints

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in asset management and infrastructure advisory services
  • Well-developed report writing and communication skills
  • Research skills and ability to deliver technical information to clients
  • Australian working rights
